| One "Dawson's Creek" page notes tons of movie references (including one to I Know What You Did Last Summer) in this show, which lifts its title from the movie Blown Away (1994). In this episode, which features a hurricane, Dawson and Joey watch Twister, and either watch or are thinking about watching both The Poseidon Adventure and The Towering Inferno.
